Stopped in around 5:45pm on a Wednesday to eat dinner while waiting for traffic to die down after a long flight.

The restaurant was not at all busy, so we were immediately seated. After probably ten minutes, no one came by to ask about drinks or water or even acknowledge our continued presence. Again, the restaurant was not busy. There were at least eight staff members standing around doing pretty much nothing but socializing with each other. Multiple employees walked by our table, multiple times, without acknowledging us or indicating that someone would be with us soon.

The restaurant didn't seem interested in my money, so I got up and left.

I was excited about eating at Founding Farmers, as most locations have been great experiences and food. I'm unimpressed with the Reston location. Walked across the courtyard to Big Buns Burgers and we were immediately greeted and provided service. Consider going here instead if you're considering the Reston Founding Farmers.

food & service were both amazing! we were going to get the a la carte menu, but our waiter (Devonte) recommended we get the brunch instead. we're SO glad we listened to him!! it was insanely good, there were so many options! dont skip the mini tuna wontons, the spicy chicken, & the bruleed grapefruit! we'll definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful Valentined Day dinner at Founding Farmers. Even though they were busy we had excellent service. Celeste was professional and friendly. They had some fun winter drinks on the menu and our food was delicious!

Brunch was delicious as usual! Unfortunately our waiter was very unclear with certain aspects of ordering and was quite passive aggressive and rude to us about ordering drinks. Also, in the buffet the staff had no manners when replacing food items and no one was especially friendly or respectful. It really threw the whole brunch off.
