I just bought food from here and found a blade in my food while i was chewing!!!! It seem to be broken from a device or equipment... this could have been very very disastrous... when I contacted them ( bought via doordash) to report the issue they denied my request. They didn't had the nerve to say sorry! Imagine if a kid was eating this food or I had just swallowed this without properly chewing??? Fix your quality control guys!!!!

Oh man, first time here and it will definitely not be my last. Great Mediterranean food... from different types of hummus, caramelized eggplant and baba ganoush. All either in a bowl, pita pocket or wrap. Great ambiance and decor. Very clean and good customer service. Price is moderate. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yesterday, I ordered through the app and picked up my food, only to find that the Winter Shawarma dish was missing chicken. When I called to report the issue, the staff seemed unprepared to handle the situation. This individual claimed to have arrived late to work and was unable to verify who had fulfilled my order. Instead of offering a solution, he questioned the validity of my claim, suggesting that I might be lying about the missing chicken. He requested a photo as proof and offered to possibly prepare another dish for pickup, despite my being over 20 minutes away. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available and was advised to file a complaint online. This interaction was not only unhelpful but also insulting.
There are other nearby restaurants like Cava, Sweetgreen, and Nando's, which have also made mistakes in the past, but always rectified them. Mezeh's response was dismissive and accusatory reflecting a lack of oversight and accountability, particularly with no manager on site. AVOID this Mezah location!!

Let me start by saying that I’m a big fan of Mezeh and regularly eat at both the Reston and Ashburn locations. However, the Reston location has been declining in quality. The arugula is visibly bad, and the chicken is often overcooked to the point where it’s hard to tell if it’s even chicken kabobs. The difference between the two locations is night and day. I hope the Reston location can improve to match the standards of Ashburn.

The food is very good and healthy, but the only problem is that I think they don’t pay enough attention and change orders. For example, I chose white rice, but my bowl had brown rice. They change some options, and when I receive it, I see that it’s not exactly what I wanted.

I had the pleasure of dining at Mezeh Mediterranean Grill in Reston recently, and I cannot recommend it enough! The food was absolutely incredible – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with the finest ingredients. From the vibrant salads to the perfectly seasoned proteins and sides, every bite was a delightful explosion of Mediterranean goodness.
What truly set this visit apart, though, was the exceptional customer service. Leticia went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about ensuring I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and kindness were the perfect complement to the delicious meal.
