Nando's Peri-Peri

The chicken is okay but there needs to be more meat variety. Lamb, goat, etc. Having only chicken is not good and not going to result in long term patronage.

Went there on Friday (3/7) afternoon. There was a long line for ordering food. Also, inside there were 20+ people waiting for their orders. It took me 25 minutes to place my order and waited 40 minutes for my order to be ready. There was 0 service, terrible！

Terrible experience at this Nando’s. Ordered halloumi sticks, and they came out way too firm—nothing like the crispy, slightly gooey texture they’re supposed to have. We sent them back, and instead of just fixing the issue, the chef actually came to our table to tell us there was nothing wrong and asked what we wanted to do. My girlfriend (who is South African and knows exactly how halloumi should be) had to be the one to say we wanted a fresh batch.

They remade them, but the new ones were still wrong. You can tell when halloumi has been sitting out, and that’s exactly what this tasted like. Then, to make things even more uncomfortable, the chef made me try one in front of him. At that point, I just said they were “perfect” to end the awkward interaction and move on.

Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, they forgot our barely baked brownie. We had to remind them, and the server straight-up admitted she forgot. No attempt to make things right. For the price (close to $60), this location isn’t worth it.

Very bad service. The manager just like the workers are very rude. Waited for a order over 20 minutes when the orders were ready just not packed. Restaurant is small to be so backed up in orders not only for dine in also take out. 3rd party pick up.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. This is not the first time this happened at this location. The food is good but the service ? I called to order takeout because my mom was gonna pay in store. they said they’d leave me on hold for a minute which is fine. 5 min go by and I’m like okay they should take me off hold anytime now. But no I waited 20 min and my mom had already gotten there so I ended up hanging up but who knows how long they would’ve left me on hold. That is unacceptable, I get that it gets busy but no one should wait longer than 20 min just to order. people are coming home from work and wanna pick up real quick and end up getting this. Please do better.

The staff does not work well under pressure. The food is either burnt or under cooked. If you don’t check your order before you leave you will more than likely have some else’s order. It use to be a dependable and quality location. No more. May the universe grant you understanding if you order via Uber Eats or any of the others. A total waste of money! A real cluster *.

WINGS WERE NOT COOKED AT ALL! Looks nothing like that photo which, ok cool it won’t always look like advertising photos but when I opened my box of food I was EXTREMELY disappointed! These are pale and undercooked all 12 wings smh loooms like they threw it on the grill for 1 min and bagged it. Disgusting

Service and food quality are hit and miss. Both are inconsistent.
