I am giving a 3 star only for their service.I made a phone order of skewers, mashed potatoes & Brussel Sprouts for pickup. I came home and saw the skewers was completely burnt. Called them to let them know and they handled well. They said they ll send me out nandos gift card instead of refund directly to bank. But mashed potatoes & sprouts were good.Just giving 3 for this. Better let them know not to roast a lot.

Second time visiting, blown away both times! Fast casual joint making it comfortable for a solo diner. The sauce game is legit. Very unique menu!
Went to this place originally when I was living in SA it was awesome. So nice to see they have this chain now in the United States. Food is very good, seasoning make it so flavorful and sides are very tasty as well. It’s nice they have the sauce bar in the dining area.

New level of incompetence from this Nando's.Put my order in through their mobile app. Set for curbside. Arrived a few minutes after the "ready" time. Waited 15-20 additional minutes with no action. Went in to find out "they don't have my order". Checked my email receipt and the charge charge to my credit card. Yup, I didn't do anything wrong. They can't (or won't) even cancel my order. Went to Chick-fil-a next door and did a curbside order there. Yup Chick-fil-a knows how to do it right. Started a charge back on my credit card. Lodged a complaint through the Nando's website to get them to refund my money.Honestly feel the employee's just didn't want to bring food curbside and waited for the curbside orders to come in.Thanks Reston Nando's, never again.

They forgot to give us the garlic bread we ordered and they didn’t add the cheese to the sandwich that I paid extra for. The food was good but way too expensive for that small of a sandwich.
