This place just feels sad. The first dish I tried to order, which was at the top of the sign wasn't available. Their credit card machine makes it hard not to leave a tip. What exactly am I tipping for? I placed an order at the counter togo.

this location is not good. employees do not speak enough english to understand my name over the phone after repeating it 3 times and spelling it and they STILL got it wrong, 3 times in the past i asked for no mushrooms no protein and they made it with mushroom and protein anyway. very slow service. they don’t put utensils in the bag like every other location does. and they give small portions.

So far they haven't messed up my order when I order online for pick up. I do wish they had more options for cream based pasta besides Alfredo. Restaurant seems organized and clean. Staff is friendly.
