I ordered takeout and got attitude with my order for grabbing a few extra napkins. My gyro did not taste fresh either. I used to love this place/company but now it's time to find another. The middle eastern man in the store needs some customer service training badly. Highly suggest corporate do a secret shopper to see what I am talking about.

The employee claim there is no cup available how can you refuse a water to your customer Even if if i am there to pick up o line order Pick up .while the employee who give me the order was getting the cup the order gu, told him there is no cup 5 employee all claimed the is no cup for water May be because I look different from them may be I am a person of color. We tried Paisano’s for the first time today and it was excellent. The staff were all very kind and helpful and the food was delicious. We got the pepperoni pizza and garlic knots and everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!
