The customer service here is beyond exceptional. Nowadays it is rare to be greeted with a smile and also have it continued throughout the visit. This is such a great example and should be frequented by everyone. Thank you to the staff.
Very cozy place to meet anyone for a coffee or grab a bite. Staff is very friendly, my favorite soup is the Broccoli Cheddar and the fresh French baggete they have. I really like this place.
We stopped here for a quick lunch while attending an event at the Reston Town Center. It was a Friday at 11AM, so there wasn't a huge line yet. We were able to place our orders promptly and received the food in good time. We both got grilled cheese sandwiches, which were up to the normal Panera standard. The only bad thing is the parking situation at RTC. Because of the paid parking, I normally avoid the area, but it was a "free" day because of the event.
