I had an amazing experience at Panera thanks to Tony, the manager, and Ismail, the cashier. Tony’s leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs, and he was incredibly friendly and attentive. Ismail greeted me with a warm smile and made the checkout process quick and pleasant. The food was great and both of them went above and beyond to make sure I had a great visit. Definitely a 5-star team!
I love the staff and service at this Panera. Been coming here almost twice a day since it opened to pick up a drink. But recently they changed the parking to paid from free. The fact that I can't quickly park my car and run in and grab my drink without paying for parking has me considering changing that routine to another coffee shop sadly.

Employees are generally okay to good—nothing exceptional, but no major issues either. Location is almost brand new, but parking is definitely a downside. Street parking is paid (24 hours), and while there’s an adjacent garage, I didn’t notice any dedicated parking for Panera—most spots seem reserved....
