They have the best gelato, my place of comfort and joy. The staff are friendly and the place itself is very clean and cozy.

Whoever owns this location needs to show some attention asap. You have a great product. In a fantastic location. Your staff is killing your business!! Between 8:30-10:00 is the busiest hours as restaurants empty out with the after dinner crowd. The staff you have is rude, apathetic, has zero personality and literally turns away business and customers .. coffee station shut down by 9:40, we literally watched customers get turned away at 9:45. Fire this staff immediately. They are killing your business

This place is great. Assuming all Pitangos are great but only been to this one. Their gelato is amazing and they have affogatos! The manager (Cindy) also makes some of the ice cream and is always willing to share opinions if you ask, is super friendly, and just good at her job!

It's great, but expensive for what you get. The "regular" is tiny and 7.75. The "large" is what I would call a small at most ice cream shops and is a dollar more.
