Today i came in for my usual sandwich, i always request if they can add onions before toasting my sandwich. Michael suggested it would be even better if he toasted it on the side and then add it in my sandwich for a better flavor. He then went the above and beyond to finish my order with enthusiasm!! I love people who love their job and what they do! and he definitely was right, the onions tasted wayyy better in my sandwich. Thank youuu I’ll be back :)

Good location, good staff, good food, clean bathrooms. Unfortunately I will no longer visit this potbelly location due to the insecure Flock surveillance cameras being used to track licence plates they have mounted in the shopping center.

So I went to try for the first time pot belly and it was a really amazing experience. The waiter that received us, her name was Alejandra, and she was really sweet. She asked about our day, since it was our first time she recommended us some good food that was really good and she was so servicing with us. I ordered the Powerhouse salad and replaced the eggs for extra chicken, which cost an additional $4+. Looking at this salad, I question whether they added the additional chicken. If they did, it’s not worth the extra $4.

Every ingredient that I asked to add they gave good portions, and it was all very delicious and filling. I definitely recommend coming here if you don’t feel like going all the way to other sandwich places!

I stopped in for lunch to try their new prime rib steak sandwich, the flavor was there but the meat was very chewy could be sliced a little bit thinner, the caramelized onions were a very nice touch aioli was good , but I am a ketchup guy on my steak and cheese and that would have made the sandwich, and as always the Zapps potato chips are always on point it's a New Orleans thing and they had Dr pepper, I think next time I will just stick with my cold cut
