So I went to try for the first time pot belly and it was a really amazing experience. The waiter that received us, her name was Alejandra, and she was really sweet. She asked about our day, since it was our first time she recommended us some good food that was really good and she was so servicing with us. I ordered the Powerhouse salad and replaced the eggs for extra chicken, which cost an additional $4+. Looking at this salad, I question whether they added the additional chicken. If they did, it’s not worth the extra $4.

Went to get a sandwich after going out with the family and when I say it is a sandwich to try, it definitely is. Every ingredient that I asked to add they gave good portions, and it was all very delicious and filling. I definitely recommend coming here if you don’t feel like going all the way to other sandwich places!

I stopped in for lunch to try their new prime rib steak sandwich, the flavor was there but the meat was very chewy could be sliced a little bit thinner, the caramelized onions were a very nice touch aioli was good , but I am a ketchup guy on my steak and cheese and that would have made the sandwich, and as always the Zapps potato chips are always on point it's a New Orleans thing and they had Dr pepper, I think next time I will just stick with my cold cut
I completely miffed my online order on what must be one of their busiest nights tonight, and when I called for help, the woman who answered my call could not have been more patient and kind. My husband arrived to pick up our order and she, personally, handled it and fixed it perfectly. Potbelly always has great sandwiches, and their milkshakes might be even better. Appreciate the great customer service too.
