I stopped in for lunch to try their new prime rib steak sandwich, the flavor was there but the meat was very chewy could be sliced a little bit thinner, the caramelized onions were a very nice touch aioli was good , but I am a ketchup guy on my steak and cheese and that would have made the sandwich, and as always the Zapps potato chips are always on point it's a New Orleans thing and they had Dr pepper, I think next time I will just stick with my cold cut

I completely miffed my online order on what must be one of their busiest nights tonight, and when I called for help, the woman who answered my call could not have been more patient and kind. My husband arrived to pick up our order and she, personally, handled it and fixed it perfectly. Potbelly always has great sandwiches, and their milkshakes might be even better. Appreciate the great customer service too.

Love this location, I come in once a month or when I feel like a sandwich would hit the spot. Go to the back left and place order, then tell them what goes on it pay then eat. Always been really fresh and accurate with my orders. I just tried the cherry cookie it was pretty good as well.

I will NEVER be coming back here ever again! The cashier was not friendly and she hade a rude demeanor. I bought a regular beef sandwich today and after my mom and I took a few bites something felt wrong. I decided to take a look inside and the meat was clear and white. It didn’t Look like roast beef at all. It tasted spoiled, so I threw the sandwich away. My mom and I began to experience symptoms of vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, and headaches. My dad (a chef) looked at the sandwich and said that the meat was spoiled. I don’t know what they put in that sandwich, but beware of what you put in your mouth the next time you go here.

I was the only customer in there, placed a standard order, and it was made wrong. Took it back and they remade it.. wrong again.. went back and asked for the correct sandwich and a refund for my trouble. The 2 ladies told me it was my fault the order was made wrong! HORRIBLE customer service.

I just did an online order. And this Potbelly store on SunsetHill Reston messed up my order again. This is like the 3rd time I got short changed. I ordered Chicken Bacon but they gave me a cheaper chicken sandwich that doesn't contain Bacon. What is wrong with the customer service at this location? I think the workers here are unfocused and incompetent to make the order right. I ordered a cookie and they forgot to put the cookie in my takeout order again. What is wrong with these people at this Potbelly location? Can you guys at least focus and pay attention. If you can't, stop working here.

The food deserves 4 stars as it always seems to be fresh and tasty. The issue is with the staff who are rather rude and blame any mistakes in your order on you, rather than just politely solving it with a simple comment such as “I’m not sure what happened, and I’m sorry that you got the wrong sandwich/drink/whatever. I’d be happy to remake it for you if you come back in.” Instead, expect rudeness, arguments, and having to fight to get them to agree to make what was actually ordered. Whoever is answering the phone (the manager?) could use some customer service and diffusion lessons.
