The lot in front was blocked by barricade planters, so I didn't know how to get into the lot and parked about 150 feet away behind the parking garage.My Americano (Venti) was terribly watered down, maybe it was just a single shot, but it should've been a double.No sugar or creamer out to use, but maybe that's a COVID standard now? I thought the Starbucks by my home has a sugar stand.The seating is odd and cramped around the side of the cafe, but the light is great. Small tables and a little long couch make an ok place for one laptop but be careful because your coffee cup may not fit.Bathrooms are very oddly shaped as well and not very clean, but in my experience the Starbucks bathrooms never are.Whatever, it's a Starbucks. You go here for free WiFi and because you think you like coffee. You don't. You like sugar and a false sense of productivity. Get yourself a pour over coffee set and do your pre client meeting work from the nearest local library instead.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the Reston area! The staff is super friendly, and I appreciate the plethora of seating options (especially compared to the very limited area in the Starbucks in RTC). My drinks always come out perfectly made, and the place is always spotless/clean. They’ve got private bathrooms in the back, and you can even sit on the bar. A great overall starbucks location, just missing a drive thru option. Watch our for cars that park right next to the starbucks to come in to pick up their drinks.

John is an awful Barista. I can forgive a poorly made drink once or twice, but after three poorly made drinks, I post a review. John would be better suited working the door at Walmart. John doesn't understand what "extra cream" means. Going forward, if I see John working, I just won't buy a drink. I worked at Starbucks for years in the 2000's, and being a Barista isn't hard, you just have to listen to the customer and comprehend the instructions they've communicated on how they want their drink prepared. Comprehension is key, John. If you can't do the job, the world needs plenty of ditch diggers.

I was very unpleased with the service. All of the workers seemed to be new and had no idea what they were doing. I was about to order and they made me wait ten more minutes in line while they caught up on other orders.

The service is efficient. There was no extra half and half as ordered. Parking is a nightmare! There is no where to park to pick up a preorder. The barista didn't acknowledge anyone's presence. I won't order from this location again. I gave two stars because it was ready and waiting.

I went to this Starbucks nearly every day over the course of a month while I worked on a lengthy project, and every time the service was exceptional — so much so that even though there’s another Starbucks location closer to my house, I went out of my way to go to this one instead. The staff goes above and beyond to provide friendly and prompt service, even learning my name and my order during the short time that I was going there. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but everyone should know how incredible the people are here :)
