Tried to get to this Starbucks today: Reston Metro Plaza. Followed Google Maps after looking at pix online. Seemed easy to find, along road, with parking lot alongside, per the photo. But I could never find it. Once Google said 'you've arrived' there were no Starbucks signs at all and no parking at all except a very complex looking deck. I tried going 'around the block' to look again and ended up on the Dulles Toll Road. After I paid my ransom to escape...

I’ve been coming to this location frequently as I use the metro to go to work. Yesterday the male barista tried to be slick and add a 15% tip while I looked away during an Apple Pay transaction. In the grand scheme of things is $1 that big of a deal? No. Is what he did disrespectful? Absolutely. You need to do better.
