Tried to get to this Starbucks today: Reston Metro Plaza. Followed Google Maps after looking at pix online. Seemed easy to find, along road, with parking lot alongside, per the photo. I’ve been coming to this location frequently as I use the metro to go to work. Yesterday the male barista tried to be slick and add a 15% tip while I looked away during an Apple Pay transaction. In the grand scheme of things is $1 that big of a deal? No. Is what he did disrespectful? Absolutely. You need to do better.

I've gotten coffee here literally hundreds of times since I pass it on my way to work. The baristas are nice BUT they are extremely inconsistent at this location in terms of making drinks correctly. If you order the same exact drink three days in a row, it will taste different each time. Insanely sweet one day, the next day it'll taste like plain coffee. They so rarely get it right.
