We stood there for 10 minutes and they did not get to us. There was three people working, and they were all making online orders and not getting to us at all. Do not go here if you’re in a rush or order online.

The food was delicious, as usual for Subway, in my experience. The store atmosphere was quiet and cool on a sizzling 90+ degrees day. The service was alright, but unimpressive and without a smile. Maybe the Sandwich Artist (yes, that's what they're called) just had a bad day; who knows? I like the store's great location in South Lakes Shopping Center, nearby so many other shops, along South Lakes Dr. and sandwhiched between Sunrise Valley Dr. and Lawyers Rd.Parking: There is a large parking lot available that's shared among multiple businesses, but which always has several open spaces available.

I placed an order through the app but unfortunately none of the requested substitutions were prepared accurately. Upon arriving at the store at 8 pm, I noticed that the staff seemed more focused on preparing to close for the night, which was in an hour. They even reminded me of their impending closing time.

I got a # 12 with chips and a drink and it was $17.47. Now that's a 12 inch sub with chips and a Seagram's ginger ale. The atmosphere and the service were fine but this is a business that I can no longer support until the price and the quality are better.

We have been to a lot of Subways and this one has been our favorite. They give good portions and are efficient. Ingredients are consistently good. Sometimes they don't have unsweet tea and that's about the worst I can say about them.

Yesterday I went into the restaturant I ordered a Overn Roasted Chciken breast sandwich with double meat. On the surface, it looked good. When I got home, I noticed the sandwich cooled quite quickly. Very luke warm. I felt around to see if it any other part warm, and it was. I had a hard time eating the sandwich because the chicken for some reason was very dry. This morning as I was coming into work, and as I sat down, I immediately started throwing up. And it was the pieces of chicken from the sandwich last night. I am not sure what the protocol is for freshness, but this was not it definitely. I paid 13.12 for a sandwich that was not even cooked or fresh all the way.

This Subway is the best one on the planet. Everything is neat and clean and the employees are really friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Seriously, they are the best. And no, I don't work there! I'm just a regular customer.

Raw onions, which I am allergic to, were in the spinach. If you look at the picture you can see where the onion fell out. Also I got 2 sandwiches, I got my friend a sandwich with onions...the employee also used the same knife to cut both sandwiches. I asked if she did and she said no. I said yes she did but that's OK I'll just call cooperate. There is no cooperate, just a website. She also charged me for bacon...so unless subway took off the turkey bacon sandwich...she not only is a thief, but tried to literally kill me. Can't eat the sandwich.

I was told there is no roast beef, the lettuce was brown, the cucumbers and tomatoes were frozen and the bread was hard. I know this is a franchise and needs to be reported to corporate. Will never go back! Shame on you!!!!
