I am customer next door and visit this Subway regularly, but recently the quality of service and order has raised serious questions.

Stopped by this Subway recently after it came under new ownership, and the difference is night and day. The atmosphere feels completely refreshed, and the staff is noticeably more welcoming—genuine smiles, great energy, and they actually seem to enjoy being there.
