On the evening of October 3rd, my online order was delayed, even though the establishment was empty. The young woman was extremely rude. Instead of trying to smooth things over, she simply pushed my order away, which was incredibly rude and impolite.

Amazing!! Love the food and the staff here super friendly and knowledgeable! New places keep opening up around but they’re not as good and as customer service focused as Sweet Leaf. Shout out to Linda who’s always taken care of us!

I love sweet leaf! The food is amazing quality and the staff is even better! I come here every single day because of those two things. Linda, Israel, Chris, Patricia, Sandra and I know I’m forgetting other names but every single person is beyond incredible at their jobs. They anticipate needs and take care you in a way that not even expensive restaurants down the corner could do. Because I’m a regular, they know my preferences and actually care to remember! 🥹I also love that the menu changes (ever so slightly) with seasons. Been coming here for years and it’s only gotten better especially under Linda’s leadership 💖❤️

Very busy at lunch time but their staff work hard to keep the line moving, so wait times are negligible. I recommend the Sweet Mango smoothie, Harvest Bowl, Caprese sandwich, and Salmon & Wild Farro bowl.

Smoothie not good. Maybe a slushy frozen yogurt base then they add some sweetener. 85% yogurt. Poured it out. Not the cashier expected. None of the workers seemed happy.

Excellent service, the food was good and the entire place is spotless. I think they’re relatively new, but I’ll definitely be back! I bought the avocado toast and asked for the spicy aioli on the side, super good!

The worst service I have ever received. Linda the manager was absolutely useless. We made an online order. The app said it will be ready at 6:30. We arrive then the lady told us, it won’t be ready until 7:30 without any explanation. We waited for a whole hour. Then they ask for a confirmation number that we didn’t receive. We had the order number and the card information and they still refused to give us the Salad. We didn’t receive a refund or the Salad. They need to change management because apparently the managers need to talk to their managers to solve minor issues.
