Very busy at lunch time but their staff work hard to keep the line moving, so wait times are negligible. I recommend the Sweet Mango smoothie, Harvest Bowl, Caprese sandwich, and Salmon & Wild Farro bowl.

Smoothie not good. Maybe a slushy frozen yogurt base then they add some sweetener. 85% yogurt. Poured it out. Not the cashier expected. None of the workers seemed happy.

Excellent service, the food was good and the entire place is spotless. I think they’re relatively new, but I’ll definitely be back! I bought the avocado toast and asked for the spicy aioli on the side, super good!

The worst service I have ever received. Linda the manager was absolutely useless. We made an online order. The app said it will be ready at 6:30. We arrive then the lady told us, it won’t be ready until 7:30 without any explanation. We waited for a whole hour. Then they ask for a confirmation number that we didn’t receive. We had the order number and the card information and they still refused to give us the Salad. We didn’t receive a refund or the Salad. They need to change management because apparently the managers need to talk to their managers to solve minor issues.

Extremely horrible experience. I have ordered from them 3 times before via grunhub, but now that I actually want to call the restaurant, It rings 3 times, then says to leave a voice-mail.

I can't believe I can't even get in contact with the store, this has never happened to me before, unless the business isn't keeping up to date with their real hours. Even the S.L kitchen wasn't picking up either.

Food is delicious, but horrible service.

Love the food!! Unfortunately the parking situation is awful.
The website says you can park at the valet, and it’s true. But they won’t let you if you leave your car empty while picking up.
You can get your parking ticket validated, but it takes you 10min to complete pick up and leave the parking lot.

What usually happens when someone can't make your order for 45 min? The female manager there couldn't even muster up an apology. Sad business model. I don't recommend
