Taco Bell, PLEASE get your drive-thru queen TO-GETH-ERRRR! his attitude is awful for no reason! He's randomly mean and impatient - there's NO ONE ELSE in the LINE!!! He is so mean and bothered by customers for no reason and gives NO grace - you better KNOW what you want to order before you get to the speaker, or be ready for an all out CLASH. This guy comes claws OUT! KNOW exactly what you want BEFORE you even THINK about entering HIS drive thru. He don't play....AND your order WILL be ruined/awful if you make him mad (which doesn't take much). Very weird/aggressive environment for a 'customer'.

I get lunch here all the time, and the food and service is top notch. Marisol, who mans the drive through 9/10 times I'm there, always does an amazing job in a very busy, stressful environment. Would recommend for whenever you need a quick bite at a low price

Food has been absolutely horrid since the remodel, the nacho fries are somehow completely soggy but feel like bricks. The service is extremely lackluster and it's clear they don't care about customers anymore.

EDIT: So, Taco Bell renovated their Reston store. It just reopened, and I'm super disappointed. The kiosks don't operate properly and there is now nobody to assist you.
I really used to love this location, but they've clearly put revenue over service.
I will not be returning.

This is our first and very likely our last visit to this location since it reopened (just remodeled).
I asked the manager (Tristan) to please change the music to something other than Christian religious music and he said “as long as it’s not profanity, we’re allowed to play anything we want.” One song was “Who am I” by Casting Crowns. While we were inside the restaurant 10 songs played and they were all labeled as Christian genre, when we googled. The lyrics in all the songs repeatedly mentioned “hallelujah god”, “praying”, “having faith”, “following the father”, etc.
This is an extremely multicultural area and much of the population around this Taco Bell is other religions. This music is highly inappropriate and tone-deaf for the area.
