A traditional LBS(Local Bike Store). The shop works with its customers for their mutual benefit (revenue for the shop, service for the customer), as it should be, not biasing the transaction to either party. The service crew is warm, friendly, and helpful. I hope that I have found my new LBS for supporting my bicycling habit. Love that they incorporate a coffee shop & brewery into their operation too.
This place is a pleasure to visit whether you’re buying a bike or not. You can stop in for a beer and talk with the awesome patrons and knowledgeable staff and browse their extensive inventory. I was looking for a bike for my son to ride with me and get him off the video games. I wanted to get him a bike that he would enjoy and not get tired and the FX e-bike fit the bill. After visiting several bike shops in the Loudoun/Fairfax Co area, The Bike Lane Reston provided the best vibe and customer experience, hands down.
