The Bike Lane is a wonderful shop that encourages people to ride their bikes. Everyone from the owners to the mechanics to the sales people and cafe staff are welcoming and encouraging. As a customer with physical limitations, they were patient in connecting me with the right bike. Then, when I hadn’t ridden in a while and didn’t remember how to correctly mount it in its rack, they started from square one, and got me back in the saddle.

Friendly and quick. Booked a last minute Yeti rental, bike was ready with suspension all set up. Bike was in great shape and rode great. Major plus is being located right next the Lake Fairfax trail system. I will definitely use the again.

Was in Virginia for work and stopped in for a look. This is a great shop with a great atmosphere. Service is above and beyond. Tried on a pair of shoes and they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. I didn't know how long I would be in town and their answer to that dilemma was if I wasn't in town when the shoes
