We celebrated our one year anniversary with a trip to The Melting Pot. Our server, Alex, was very personable and answered our questions regarding menu options. We went in the afternoon so the ambience was quiet and chill. They were even playing one of my favorite artists, Lane 8, while we dined. From the delicious high quality food, to the exceptional service from all the staff, it was a perfect meal with my favorite person. Thanks guys!

wow, this was my absolute best experience at the melting pot i ever had. my waitress’s name was Tish and she was the nicest most loveliest upbeat person ever. she made my birthday feel special and had me smiling all throughout the night. she checked on us very often so we always got our refills on time but not too often that it was annoying. she was quick and lovely and great conversation. she was funny and very cool and i love her so much

Melting Pot veterans, this was our first time at Reston. Solid experience all around. The only feedback to share is your front desk staff were weak at best. Seemed stressed to be there and very slow to get parties from the front lobby area into tables. An awkward start to the MP experience. First time seeing that at a melting pot. Drew

Our Valentine's Day Experience was horrible here. My Boyfriend made reservations for 415pm. We arrived & waited 10 mins to be seated but another couple arrived with later reservations and were seated before us. I then complained and they sat us. We arrived to the table the seating was extremely small & the table was filthy. The manager came over & said our seating wasn’t ready on time because they had to add rose petals. We had reservations so the table should have been prepared prior to us arriving. I’ve been to the Melting Pot location in Austin many times and had high expectations but this location is absolutely terrible & dingy looking. I don’t recommend this MP Location at all!

Happy to update that after my review, the manager called me the next day and wanted to discuss my experience. He was very concerned and didn't take it lightly and was very appreciative of my feedback. He told me the actions he took to help the team to avoid this happening in the future. It's really nice to hear the sincere customer service of this manager and wanting to provide the best dining experience to their customers. Thank you very much for taking the time to discuss this and I do plan to go back. The waitress was very nice but the service was very poor. I actually bussed our own table as she was too busy and the bus boys were never around. Drinks were left empty and one of the cheese pots ended up burning because there was really no service. I removed two burning pots off the table. For the amount of money this place costs, service and quality should have been much better and more attentive. ********************************
