We had an exceptional experience! We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday & our waiter Rafael truly made it so special! It was probably the best customer service experience my family has ever encountered. Food was great and ambiance too.
I've been going to Melting Pot for over 20 years. While the quality has remained the same, the selection and quantity have decreased. Cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, and meat portions are smaller than before. Chocolate fondue dippers used to include cheesecake and cream puffs and now they are an extra charge. Would rather the overall price slightly increase and bring back the 2006 menu.
