Great place, spicy chicken, wonderful staff. Food was hot and fresh!

Slow. Long wait times. Come here if you don’t mind waiting 40 minutes for 1 order of cheese fries

Yesterday I ordered through Uber after seeing a Buy One, Get One Free promotion. When I arrived, there was only one meal, so I asked where the second one was. The employee told me that even though I had selected all the options for both burgers, the second item was not added because a checkbox at the very bottom was not checked. As a result, they only prepared one meal.

Normally this meal costs $12, but I paid $18 specifically because of the Buy One, Get One Free offer. Despite clearly making selections for both burgers, they refused to provide the second one simply because a checkbox was not ticked. I explained the situation, but they showed no understanding or willingness to help.

This is essentially theft. Shame on you.

This place is the best place for hot chicken in Reston/Herndon area!! Mo is the best! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who enjoys hot chicken!!

The employees were glued to their phones and took 15-20 minutes to recognize me. The food was pretty good. However, I did NOT like the obscenity listed on the spice list. They DO NOT need to use ribald language on their menu.

The Owner, Mo, is the best ever!! Super polite and respectful and always provides the best service! I’ve been coming in since they first opened and can’t stop coming back! Best Halal Fried Chicken spot in NOVA hands down!

Very disappointing experience at Red Chicken. They accepted my order first, then called me a few minutes later saying they were going to refund me and would serve me on the roadway. This was confusing, unprofessional, and a waste of my time. If you cannot fulfill orders properly, you should let customers know before accepting them. Poor service and very frustrating experience.

I am beyond happy I found this place. I'm not particularly a fan of nashville hot chicken or at least I wasn't until now. I've tried Hattie b's in nashville and I'll tell you now it's garbage compared to this place. The food quality is phenomenal, the price is ridiculously affordable and the staff here are amazing. Guaranteed every time I'm in the area I will be stopping here to eat.
