Starting off 2026 with one of my favorite-est people and fellow foodie my baby Sis @yourvirginiahomegirl! After an early lunch @fatdragonrva we moseyed on over to @afterglow_coffee for a little pick me up and when I say this is the vibe, I mean just that! Coffee brewed how we like it, pastry and bagel (they served @baltiksbagel iykyk) and the customer care was excellent! Next time you want a great cup of joe (and they offer other beverages to include wine) go give them a try.

I love everything about this place. The people are nice, the atmosphere is cozy, the coffee is great and I like what they stand for. My only complaint is that they don't always have tables available (a problem I'm glad they are having! I don't want them to go anywhere), and I wish they would bring back their hickory latte. That was my favorite thing on the menu for a while!

Such a cool spot! Stopped into Afterglow and the cappuccino was 10/10. It was super busy and the tables were pretty much packed, but the vibe was still really nice and chill. Picked up a bag of whole beans on my way out, too. Also, love that they’re a no-tipping cafe—it’s so refreshing and makes checkout a breeze. Definitely worth a visit!
