The surroundings are simple, but the food and service are fantastic. The gourmet level meals are presented beautifully, and the menu changes frequently so there is always something new to try. I can guarantee you will see meals you've never had before. There aren't a lot of tables, but they are spaced out so you have privacy. Reservations recommended, especially on weekends. Street parking.
We went for our anniversary and they were very sweet to give us samples of wine and champagne. The food was interesting and excellent. We went to Alewife for Restaurant Week and had a fantastic experience. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding, the service was quick, and it had great ambiance. In particular, we were impressed by their handling of dietary restrictions: we had questions about which menu options would be suitable, and our waiter had a useful cheat sheet on hand where he was able to quickly point out exactly which items were gluten and dairy free (and there were...
