Our waitress was Mel and she was super attentive, friendly and service was great. Ordered the boneless garlic parm wings (they were kind of hard but flavor was good) and the chicken/shrimp with mashed potatoes (SO delicious and hot). Prices were high, but I expected it eating at an airport.
The food was great. The service, not so much. I ordered to-go to take with me on my flight. When I walked in to pick it up, a server was standing at the bar literally watching a movie on her phone acting like I was interrupting her. She was beyond disrespectful when I asked her where to-go orders are picked up…she barely answered me and continued to watch her movie on her phone. Thus, I had to wait for someone with sense who was actually willing to help me retrieve my order....
It was closed but the supervisor graciously allowed us to sit at the window so my nephew could watch the planes. This is a key unique feature of this restaurant so perhaps a small section of window seating could be left open even when traffic and servers are limited. Thx!
