Arby's in Richmond

“Arby’s has the meats (and even whole chickens at this location), but the cowboy theme felt more cafeteria with sticky floors.

Ordering was confusing, the counter space made no sense, and my sauce request got me 2 Arby’s packets… and 20 ketchups and the fella grumbled when i asked for them, weird flex, but I used them on hot dogs at home, so still a win. At least the fountain soda was perfectly carbonated and calibrated perfectly…credit where it’s due.

They have the meats and meets at this location cause you could dine a small army with all that space in the dining room. They have stuffed wild game animals (not alive) peppered throughout all for the visual taking.

Cool spot, would hope they work cleanliness metrics into the scope of work the management team focuses on cause it seemed pretty lackluster.

“This may be the cleanest, well run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I work a minute away, so I eat here once a week and am never disappointed. The rotisserie chicken is always really good and the staff is always super friendly and attentive. Always a great experience at this location!“

“The Rotisserie Chicken is outstanding when Saida makes it, which is most of the time! The manager Aaron is always checking to see if everyone is happy with their meal and the restaurant is the cleanliness in town! All the staff is very friendly and don’t make you feel like you are in a fast food restaurant! The menu is more than most Arby’s so be adventurous get the rotisserie chicken and Lima beans! Or the specialty sandwich’s!“

“Had to grab a quick lunch between classes and popped in to this Arbys. I immediately recognized the man behind the counter. He had worked at the Arby’s on Patterson years and years ago. I said hello and told him that I remembered him and he told me that he is now in charge of all the Arby’s in this area. I told him congratulations. Then I ordered and got their Brunswick stew which was exceptionally good. It was also steamy steamy, hot which I always like. Hope you stop by here and try some of their food. The restaurant was clean. The people were friendly and I would definitely come back here again.“

“Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back here when I back in the area to photograph bald eagles.“

“I love this place so much. It has to be the best Arby’s in Richmond. Usually when I go to this restaurant the managers have been mid but today I met George! George was such a nice man and he helped me realize what I wanted to order. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a meat mountain and an Oreo shake. When I got to the window George was there to greet me making sure my order was right. I asked him what came in the sandwich and he noticed me that there was fish. I am highly allergic to fish so for him to tell me that there was fish on it he deleted my sandwich order and I paid for just the large Oreo shake. I will be coming back here for many months to come if they keep George here.“

“As a Regional Manager for a cleaning company, I'm always looking cleanliness of any facility I enter especially to eat ? but I can say I was really impressed to look up at lights, vents, window ledges, etc. and everything was very clean.
I observed the team cleaning not just standing around like most fast food places I've visited here in Richmond.

“We went here for dinner and only one other couple was here. I got the loaded Italian sub. It was good but looked nothing like the picture on the menu and small size. My Son got the rotisserie chicken dinner and it was delicious. The establishment was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were pleasant and our food came fairly quick.“

“Fast food is no longer all that fast nor the low price bargain it was. I did buy only an Arby's roast beef sandwich and it was under $5. My waistline doesn't need the calories from side dishes. It was ok for flavor but did have a bit of a processed meat taste. I put some horsey sauce on and that was tasty. Overall, it was a good enough visit.“
