Horrible ass place, employee was fatphobic and rude. I've been in this store w a crop top / bikini top / bralette many many times and she only said something to my plus size friend that she had to wear a shirt, even though men can go in without a shirt. Yelled it across the store that she needed a shirt or had to to leave, was not polite. My male cashier was very nice but whoever that female manager/employee was was shitty af

Rude staff. Manager especially rude. Not a single person wearing a mask including the person not wearing a 711 shirt behind the counter. So many other 711s in the area this one is easy to skip

Poor customer service. The owner smokes cigs in the office while the customers wait in line and the smell fills the store. The employees sell marijuana during the overnight shift and do less work. There's mold and bugs throughout the store and it should be shut down immediately.

At store#24603 hilliard rd and lakeside attendent was banging coffee decanters around granted she was cleanining the area she was not a happy camper and no one can be all the time. But being a cust and making a choice to visit your store for my first cup of java sort of ruins the experience when employees have no cust serv skills. Then on top of that she was throwing coffee bags across the coffee area which came close to knocking over my coffee. To conclude the experience she made a comment about hearing a voice(someone talking back and not holding their tongue) in responce to me jokingly asking her if she were aiming to hit me with coffee bags. She needs to get a better grip on dealing with the public.
