Most disappointing Auntie Anne's Pretzels place that I had ever been too. Sad situation for such a high end shopping mall.
Firstly, an employee was sitting on the counter area where people have their food and or drinks placed (which is a health code violation...can we say CROSS contamination???). This occured before and after my order was done. Secondly, another employee also was on her cell phone when I was there,,,texting away....no greeting or anything. Apparently...read full review

Auntie Anne's is a great place for a quick snack or to fill your stomach. The mini hotdogs and pretzels are delicious and satisfying. The staff, like Munzer, are patient and helpful. The store has a cool reward system and is always busy because of the tasty pretzels, especially the plain ones. If you're a pretzel lover like many others, Auntie Anne's is the place to go for a satisfying treat.
