There’s no tip jar on the counter, no tip prompt when you pay at the register, and no asking me to round up to feed hungry hippos. Just got my ice cream and paid their listed price without being made to feel guilty in the process.

Ordered the zombie unicorn ice cream cake for my son’s 18th and it was a big hit! It looked amazing, the strawberry ice was delicious, and the process was easy and hassle-free, I was even able to pick up early due to the snow storm. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite, as always.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and it never disappoints. It's run by a lovely family who takes great care to keep a fun environment!

The ice cream is delicious, the waffle cones are always fresh, and I think it's the cleanest spot in Richmond. 100% recommend!
