Poor business practice to only be able to take off 50% of the meal price when I sent my boneless wings back. Our server could have taken off 100%, but he didn't want to bother his manager. He mentioned the kitchen was having problems...An automatic 18% 'service fee' for dining in is ridiculous. This + only taking off 50% off an item I sent back, screams "desperate". Service is tepid at best. The sign said to wait to be seated, but no one visible on the floor let us know we could sit anywhere.The boneless wings were thigh/dark meat? If it was, this needs to be disclosed on the menu that it's not breast meat. If it wasn't white meat, the texture was off putting. The batter was soggy. The bone-in wings were decent--crunchy and the sauce was evenly coated. We won't be back.

Really good Korean fried chicken. Haven’t tried all their flavors but their honey garlic wings hit the spot every time so it’s hard to stray…I’ve always ordered take out (here and at another franchise location in Boston) but the dine-in space they have here has a cool casual vibe.

Great take on Korean-style bar food - French fries were served hot and fresh, and bulgogi had great seasoning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, great service, and met all of our dietary and personal needs. Definitely would come back here again to try the Korean-style cocktails!

Called in the morning to ask about when they were open and they said from 11am to 8pm and that the kitchen closed at 7pm. When I arrived at 5pm, they were closed. They lied to me and made me waste my gas and time.

This was excellent Korean fried chicken! My partner and I enjoyed the kimchi fried rice, and the hot spicy wings and hot mala wings. The restaurant itself was cool, too, with a big beer selection and roll-up doors for better weather.

I must add that the outstanding service I just had at BB.Q Chicken surpassed my expectations. Our meal was nothing short of fantastic thanks to the staff's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. There was a wide variety of delectable alternatives on the menu, and the food was delivered quickly and hot. It was a great place for a get-together with friends or a casual supper because of the warm atmosphere that contributed to the overall delight. I firmly believe that BB.Q Chicken deserves its 5-star rating, and I am forward to visit again for more delicious food and first-rate service.

I like their other locations. Always a great time. Great atmosphere and great food.My only gripe is the restaurant closes at 8pm kitchen closes at 7:30 but the staff starts shutting down the kitchen at 7pm.Hopefully just keep google and the website updated.
