Leni and I checked out several new spots from my sister who is in the restaurant business. Since this was Boxing Day the Grille was not close to being full. Our server was Eileen who was polite and helpful. After some discussion Leni ordered the tomato bisque and the chicken tenders while I asked for the Pasta Louisianne. Leni asked for coffee and I wanted a glass of their Pinot Noir. Our meal arrived fairly fast. The taste of everything was fine. However her tomato bisque and my Pasta Louisianne were both cool at best. I put it down to the outside temperature . We will return for sure, but let's hope the thermometer is kinder next time.
We enjoyed one of the best breakfasts we've had in a long time. Every item was prepared with care and skill, and served piping hot with a smile. If we lived closer we'd come back often!
This is a great place to enjoy a wonderful breakfast and great coffee. Can't say enough good things about Bellevue Bistro. You won't be disappointed!
I used to come here every Sunday for brunch with my friend after church but that will never happen again. I wanted to bring my boyfriends family here for a tasty brunch but We ended up having a terrible experience Sunday 8/22/21. Our waitress was McKayla and she was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. This was my first experience with McKayla; she yelled at me when I walked in and sat myself when in the past (Madalyn?) always told me to seat myself. Mckayla was very impatient, she threw plates down on the table, rudely corrected my boyfriends mother’s English when you could easily understand what she was asking for, got annoyed anytime any Hispanic person at the table asked for something, threw anything down that we asked for, never checked in on us, and never brought out the sides my boyfriend ordered. Anytime we needed something we would have to get her attention. We were treated very poorly compared to the other customers and we couldn’t help but notice my Hispanic boyfriend and his family were the only POC in the establishment. I sent my boyfriends family outside and spoke with the manager after we paid our tab because it really bothered both them and myself. My boyfriends family couldn’t understand what they did to deserve to be treated like that and neither could I. The manager didn’t care nor did he offer a solution. He laughed and said “what do you want me to do? Fire her?”. Bottom line is this establishment needs to retrain mckayala and the manager on duty that day.
We have been huge fans of Northside for years but had a couple of very rude bad experiences when they re-opened after the pandemic. We have stayed away but decided to give them another try for lunch. We returned on Sunday, August 8th and were greeted by Trevor, the bartender. He was friendly, attentive and such a nice guy. We are excited to have the "old" Northside back! The entire staff smiled and spoke to us. We are really happy to see these new faces and will be back often. Please keep them around!! BTW - My tuna was outstanding, as usual.
Very cute little bistro! When researching brunch spots this one had positive reviews and was near our hotel. We were seated right away. Varied brunch options all looked delicious. We ordered and food was prepared quickly. Cute place, great brunch!
