Demi's Mediterranean Kitchen is a hidden gem offering unique and delicious dishes. The Adonis Margarita and flaming cheese appetizer were impressive. The Penne Pasta with Gorgonzola and Peas was cooked perfectly, while the grilled calamari, cauliflower, scallops, and shrimp were also delicious. The Pastistio and Shrimp Santorini stood out as great choices, with the shrimp needing a spaghetti to mop up the sauce. The chocolate torte was rich and divine, paired with raspberry coulis, and the Galaktoboureko dessert received praise for its unique flavor. The appetizer of three spreads and grilled double lamb chops were favorites, and the Italian meatballs and linguini were a hit as well. The grilled salmon puttanesca was cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce, and the tiramisu was one of the best ever tried. The service was exceptional, including the bartenders, making for a great local experience. The atmosphere is lovely, but the space can get loud due to the close tables and busy environment. Despite parking challenges, Demi's is definitely worth a visit.
