We went to Birdies today which was doing their Evergreen takeover for the holidays and loved it. The food was great. The staff was attentive and friendly. I had just run the Richmond and they were kind of enough to seat us even though I was underdressed. They didnt make us feel rushed at all. Would definitely go back.
I didn’t eat or drink a drop at Birdie’s tonight, but I DID go in and leave just beaming. I’m a longtime fan of their festive Evergreen wintertime pop up. I’ve been known to set alarms on my phone to hop online as soon as reservations opened to secure my spot. It’s worth it. Drinks are festive, vibes are high, food is tasty.
