Rack of ribs was very tender, very juicy. I totally recommend. I tried the Birmie’s bbq sauce on the ribs. You can literally taste every ingredient in the sauce, it was pretty perfect. They also have Carolina vinegar, spicy bbq, bama white and habanero hot sauces. They also offer single sandwiches, single burritos, sandwich and burrito meals, platter meals, appetizers and sides.
