Rack of ribs was very tender, very juicy. I totally recommend. I tried the Birmie’s bbq sauce on the ribs. You can literally taste every ingredient in the sauce, it was pretty perfect. They also have Carolina vinegar, spicy bbq, bama white and habanero hot sauces. They also offer single sandwiches, single burritos, sandwich and burrito meals, platter meals, appetizers and sides. Their prices are fair and competitive. I was lucky enough to win their first Facebook contest but...
We went to the Freedom Festival today and received 2 lunch plates. Wow, the Brisket sandwich was so delicious and the SBJ Mac & cheese was amazing along with the Baked beans . We will look for future event locations in the future.

Stopped at Birmies outside of Outpost in Richmond and got the brisket sandwich with spicy bbq sauce. I picked it up to eat it on the way home, but had to pull over it was so good. Can’t wait to have another and try the sides!
