One of my favorites in Richmond, love their iced lattes! Took my boss here and she said the dirty chai was delicious. Also one of the few coffee spots in town that has almond milk as an option instead of just oat and whole milk. Staff is friendly every time I've been there
I dont know who their hiring manager is, but they deserve a raise. Blackhand has the most warm, welcoming employees. Genuinely a joy to just order a drink from these lovely people. Also bonus points for having a delicious chai latte and sausage/egg/cheese on an everything bagel.
Great reviews but honestly disappointed. Coffee was fine but food was terrible :( undercooked flat bagels, will probably go somewhere sales next time. Very kind staff, hope they can fix the food.
