Blanchard is a great coffee shop. One thing I really like about this place is that they take time to craft other great drinks that are tea based and they aren't fully focused on only coffee. That is nice for people who don't drink coffee. I went with a hojicha latte and it was nice and smooth. I enjoyed it and I will be back here next time I'm down in Richmond.
I think this is the best coffee shop in town — and that says a lot considering how many amazing coffee shops Richmond has.
Their coffee selection is incredible, whether you’re ordering a drink there or buying beans to make coffee at home. Their beans are freshly roasted, and they always have such a wide variety with unique flavors. They also serve bagels with cream cheese (always perfectly toasted), great croissants, and other grab-and-go items.

Great spot to work. Friendly staff. The only issue is that theres a 50/50 chance half of the seating area is going to be hosting a coffee tasting class, which makes it very difficult to use this place as a dependable work space
