Met a friend here after work and found it to be a great place for conversation. The music stayed at a reasonable volume, and the seating arrangement offered enough privacy. We enjoyed our drinks and ended up staying much longer than we originally planned.
Coffee is amazing, staff is kind and attentive but the shop feels like a liminal space. Stark white walls and the layout feels like you're walking towards the elevators in the corner of a parking garage. There's no sound dampening on the brick walls so more than 3 people talking at once makes it so incredibly loud that you have to kinda shout your order at the baristas.

I love Blanchards! I love supporting them. But this location is severely lacking. The baristas are probably the most unfriendly and cold people I have ever encountered in a coffee shop. If you don’t like people, don’t work a service position. The coffee is exceptional though, and I know the owners treat their staff exceptionally well.
