Very good
The sweets were pretty good the Boba was good but too chewey. outside smelled like horrible sewage which killed the appetite.
Friendly Staff and great customer service
Everything on the menu is amazing and the boba is so fresh! The owners are so nice and remember my order every time. The taro smoothie is my favorite ... no one else compares to Boba Tea & Snow Ice House!
My drink was so good. I added a scoop of ice cream and this definitely satisfied my craving.
I’ve ordered a mango milk tea and Thai milk tea where my mango milk tea is spoiled.
Owners are nice and really good boba drinks
Got the Mango Italian Soda. It was so good!
I drive 35 minutes away just to get the brown sugar milk tea from them!
It’s always so clean in the inside and the staff is always so kind!
Their boba pearls are the best out of all the boba stores in RVA! One of my top favorite stores to go to in Carytown ❤️

Smells like a sewer when you walk in. Boba is OK. Owners are not very friendly
The tapioca pearls at Boba Tea & Snow Ice House RVA are some of the best I’ve ever had. The milk tea itself was also high quality and really enjoyable. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement, as there was a musty smell when we visited. The staff weren’t particularly personable, but they do make a great drink.
It's where the family chooses to get their Boba! Always great service and wonderful options! Even less sugar options! Nice place for an occasional treat!
Such low quality for the price. This is not really a place that takes pride in its ingredients or execution. If you’ve ever been to a store that rolls its own tapioca pearls, purees fruit, or uses ceremonial matcha… skip this. If you’ve only experienced boba made from artificial tasting syrups, powders, and dry tapioca pearls, you’ll enjoy it.
They also didn’t let me use the bathroom. At a tea shop nonetheless…
Drinks were mediocre and overpriced. No restroom, which is really convenient in an establishment that is selling beverages, and you're handicapped and have to take diuretics. I'm obviously being sarcastic. I had to hurriedly jaywalk to the McDonald's across the street so I wouldn't pee my pants. I'm 45. It just looks bad. Don't waste your money here.
