How is it that it's 8pm & they are out of chicken. Had to wait 8 mins for chicken to cook. Employee bought out the food without a bag & without our drinks. My sister went in & it was empty inside. This time the fries were extremely salty

I had a great experience at Bojangles! I bring my kids here from time to time, and they always enjoy the kids' chicken tender meals. The food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. The young lady at the register was very polite, respectful, and professional. I didn't catch her name, but she made our visit a pleasant one. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and great service. My kids enjoyed their food, and we'll definitely be back. Keep...

I stopped by Bojangles the other afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the staff was polite, and my Cajun chicken biscuit was hot and perfectly seasoned. My order was correct (which I truly appreciate), and everything came out quickly. It’s nice to see a fast food place that still takes pride in service and quality. I’ll definitely be back.
