I ordered fish and was given Blue Cheese instead of tartar sauce, let my server asked for tartar sauce to go get home and I still have a soupy blue cheese. Asked for a sweet chilli type sauce and they bring me an over seasoned Korean bbq type sauce, the taste made my blood pressure rise instantly. I ordered a fried chicken meal for takeout. It was seasoned well, moist, and flavorful. It tastes like the chicken I had growing up at my grandmas house. I love having this restaurant in my neighborhood. Bolos is an asset to Manchester!
