Bottoms Up Pizza is delicious. I recommend going there if you are in the area. I like trying something new, but the way they make puzza I just want to try them all.

I remember liking this place in the past and it was a real treat to go as a family or with friends. To be honest, we don't usually venture in this area and parking is horrible, but we made a special point to end a fun day here. After being shown to our table, we sat for a long time (on those horrible metal chairs in a somewhat depressing back room) without being acknowledged. One server passed us several times but wouldn't make eye contact. Not even to say "someone will be with you". We were feeling invisible and ready to leave (but were really excited to eat there and drove out of our way)so we stayed. We were finally able to flag someone down and order. In time, our appetizer came and it was good. Later came the pizza, which was also tasty, and flavor was on point -but sadly barely luke warm in the middle. I would have sent it back to get warmed up more but was afraid we'd never see the server again to return it to us. I was right, we didnt. It was perplexing as our server would disappear for long periods... so if you did need anything, like a refill, or extra napkins, you're outta luck. Getting the check was another chore. We weren't the only ones waiting for a check. The neighboring table had to ask the other (no eye contact server) to get the server to get their check, I noticed. There is definitely not a team service effort- putting customers first either. Some restaurants, a server just walking by may pick up a used dish off a table that's not theirs. Not here. We couldnt get anyone without practically waving. I can understand slower service when a place is slam busy, but they weren't, and it was a weekday. Though we still left a tip, it's hard to want to when service is almost non-existent. It's also hard to want to pay nearly $30 per pizza at an out-of-the-way joint downtown with horrible parking. I really wanted to enjoy my visit but that wasn't it. Sad but true that bad service can really ruin your time out. I could have overlooked the food temp and parking hassle, but we won't be making a point again to return.

Bottoms Up used to be the place to go....used to be. Service is now s-l-o-w! Order an appetizer? It'll get there 2 minutes before your food and a solid 30 minutes after you order. We were last in there on a Tuesday evening around 6:30pm. Not many customers and a ton of staff. However, service was still slow and our server never checked on us to refill drinks or anything else, even when the food finally came. Finally, I flagged her down well into my meal and she got off the stool breaking conversation with the rest of the staff and I got a refill. She was quick with the check though. The food was okay...nothing to write home about and 100% not worth the wait or cost. There are plenty of other places to get good food and pizza and I recommend you try one. We were there almoat 1-1/2 hours and literally only got one appetizer (cheese bead sticks), two slices of pizza and two kids meals. 90 minutes for that. The bread sticks were really good. The pizza was just eh. I'm not saying I'll never go back if people I'm with want to go, but I'll never initiate it and will eat something before I go.Parking: Large paid parking lot under the bridge. You'll almost never find street parking in the vicinity.Kid-friendliness: Service is so slow, kids get antsy and impatient, No coloring menus or anything else. I had two very hungry kids with me...wasn't a good time because it took FOREVER to get their food.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza (which I always order at Bottoms Up Pizza). But, on this day, 3/18/24, I received an old and spoiled pizza. Imagine that! The next day, I went back to Bottoms Up Pizza to talk to the manager, Ryan, was the name given to me. I wanted to tell him about the old and spoiled pizza I received. So sad, after I made several calls, and left my information, I did not receive a return call. They just LOST a customer because of POOR customer service!

Really disappointing experience. Took ages to get our food, and never got our wings. After delay and delay, they said they were "just plating them now, or do you want them to go?" when we were already on dessert so I said cancel them. The poor kid who was our server was trying his best but for who knows what reason it appears they don't use service sections, so he had tables all over the restaurant and he was absolutely drowning, with no help from the rest of the team. The restaurant was only half full, so there's no excuse for understaffing like that, and hanging the server out to dry. The food was okay if you like thick crust pizza, but even though I do it was nothing to write home about. But if we had had good service, it would have been three or four stars overall.
