Burger kings needs to retrain their workers on customer service. I asked for ketchup and the person working drive thru wait for it said “we don’t have ketchup” unbelievable right

They have never messed up my orders, they always perfectly make the burgers, they are kind, and make sure you have straws, sauces, spoons, whatever you are supposed to have for your meal. Every other burger king always leaves the pickles on my burger, or worse they take them off before serving it, it tastes like vinegar. Ive never had this issue here, they also give the appropriate amount of toppings, they don't skip.

This Burger King is hands down the best in Richmond! My partner and I don’t eat out much more these days for so many reasons, one being a lot of the service in fast food in Richmond is awful for the most part. I mean the people are rude beyond necessary and the food is subpar at best. This one has always been great with food and service for us!! Shoutout to the employee there, they are just great! Will make one suggestion, the sweet Tea could be less diabetes filled, sometimes...
