Loved the meats!! Only thing that seemed odd? Sweet potatoes with ranch? I've only ever enjoyed sweet potatoes with a whipped cinnamon butter. The ranch was just too sour and distracted from the flavor of my BBQ.
The food is excellent, and they'll bring it out to your car. The BBQ is fantastik, but we were lucky enough to experience the brisket cheesesteak special today. Its the best I've ever had. The Cuban is just as good. Be sure to get the sides. I don't mean some of the sides, ALL of the sides. And add bacon to the mac and cheese. This place is a hidden treasure.

Let me get something clear, I am a bbq snob. As a wannabe pit master myself, I'll gladly travel around the world to try bbq from folks who claim "They make the best" I saw a few posts from this little food truck on social media, and based on photos alone I decided to make a 2 hour trip to come taste this masters art work.
