We ordered pernil, yellow rice, red beans, potato salad and plantain. Everything was really good but needed a little more seasoning. I added salt and pepper sauce, then we were good to go. The pernil was very soft and moist and we even got the crunchy skin. I eat out everyday because it’s only me in my house so to have a plate of homemade food that wasn’t from a restaurant chain was satisfying. I will definitely return. Great service and reasonable prices.

Visited this restaurant with my Dominican friend and he enjoyed it. Went for lunch. Clean establishment and quite busy. Food was good. Could have used a little more seasoning. May visit again to try another dish.

If you’re from NYC and like Caridad or authentic bodega food go here. Mad good. Tastes like home.

Kid-friendliness: Of course kids are welcome. Latins have 100 kids per household lol.
