A 4.4 is the wrong rating they deserve 5. I don't eat fast food so this is my go to which is absolutely phenomenal, one of the best food places I have eaten in the state of Virginia. I'm from Long Island New York, I always tell my co-workers to try this, the flavors are absolutely delicious.

Had an amazing experience at Canasta’s Chicken! The chicken was incredibly juicy with perfectly crispy skin, and the flavor was outstanding. The green sauce is absolutely addictive and takes everything to the next level. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, the quality stays consistent. Easily one of the best spots in Richmond for flavorful, satisfying food—I’ll definitely be coming back again...

I absolutely love this place! I recommend the lab chops, (make sure you get extra sauce for the lamb)green beans and fried rice the plantins are good as well. I also tried the half quarter chicken dark meat(dipping sauce). You won't be disappointed. The lamb chops are a little pricey, but it's worth every bite.
