Don't go at night. The earlier hours are when you want to go. The black older ladies (aunties) that work in there make u feel like u at home. The food at night, although we got the same thing was AWFUL. COLD n hush puppies broken up fish cold fries hard. Probably won't be back in the later hours.

9/13 the food was horrible at 9pm. I am a regular. The usual Manager was not there and the cooks did a horrible job. The shrimp was hard the fries were hard enough eventhough I asked for hot fries.

Pieces of fish are about 50 percent less, has cornmeal like breading, and has a cardboard- like taste. Yuk! Had to pay extra for plain baked potato. 3 piece fish no longer on senior discount. I won't be back.

Their food quality has gone down even the condiments have no taste. They cut the fish size in half but not the prices. I used to enjoy going but after this recent visit, no more.

My husband Paul and I always say we need to say something about how great this place is! We don’t really eat fast food, but sometimes you need to have some fried fish food. The food never disappoints and what honestly draws our heart to this place is the PEOPLE! We fell in love with a lady who always recognizes us and pays extra attention to our dog Flash. She even shows us pics of her sweet pit bull. We look forward to seeing her smiling sweet face everytime we come. But when we don’t, we realize that literally EVERYONE we come in contact with is kind, courteous, professional, and hardworking. Where does this Captain Ds find people like this these days? People that seem to love what they do, where they work, and want to provide EXCELLENT customer service? Who knew you could get so excited to go to a fast food place through a drive through? These people make it happen. We ❤️ you guys. Thank you so much for ALL your heart work and amazing attitudes. You make ALL the difference.

Nice restaurant. Very clean with a modern decor. Many good choices at reasonable prices. Ordered in drive through, but everything was delicious and freshly prepared. Only complaint is that I requested vinegar packets, but was given tartar sauce. Didn’t know until I got home. Ample parking, but limited near the entrance. Handicap accessible.
