Great friendly service and food. I was there for a meeting. It was quiet and comfortable for discussing our topic of conversation.

Today I was there for lunch and had the Tortilla Soup — it resembled no tortilla soup I have ever had — it was simply a tart broth with some peppers & onion — no chicken or tortilla — awful! Not in keeping with Cafe Caturra!

Gone Down Hill.... I’ve been a supporter and coming here for over 10 years and unfortunately over the last two or three years everything has really gone down hill. A lot of the dinner entrees are super bland and the staff seem to be less knowledgeable and less interested these days. Last night I had the tenderloin entree - it was basically served cold, very inconsistently cooked, and really bland, with a hint of a down right unpleasant flavor. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Nice ambiance. Friendly service. Excellent roasted brussel sprouts. Average french onion soup, tomato bisque and Turkey arugula.

The breakfast menu has changed, been pared down to what seems like is most convenient for them to prepare, not what customers may want or are accustomed to from this once-beloved place. Honestly, I'm disappointed in the menu, the service (so slow, srsly had to wave down server three times for water, coffee), and the vibe. Something's happened to this place and not for the better. Hope it turns around as it's a great location and beautiful space with so much potential.

The service was too slow. It took about 30 minutes to get our food, and the restaurant was not full. The waitress came only once to tell us about the status of our food with no explanation for the delay.

Very nice ambiance! Wings were excellent! Our server, Jeanine was outstanding. I look forward to another visit soon

The food was very fresh, well seasoned and generous portion sizes! The atmosphere was very relaxed, laid back and comfortable, and the service was spot on! I highly recommend this place for all the reasons above plus, they have a great wine list and delicious coffees!!

This is a cool spot that is both classy and quaint. It has a huge fireplace with comfy leather couches that will swallow you. The food is delicious and the service is prompt. I visited after church on a Sunday and will be returning.

Food was excellent though the portions are quite small, at least ours were. The atmosphere is great but don't go when somebody is just lighting the fire that doesn't know how to get a flu hot. They smoked us out of the place, lol. now really though, the food is great, the service was excellent, really comfortable sweet little spot to have a meal and hang out with friends.

So disappointed! I used to go the Midlo location and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. First time here and sadly, last. Ordered Tomato Basil soup, which was good, and fried oysters, which were horrible. They were overcooked...fried to rocks...and at least 90% breading. Pretty sure some of the fried clumps had no oysters in them. Daughter had a burger that was supposed to be char-grilled but basically it was burnt. Our server was really pleasant and kind about everything so no complaints on service.

Wonderful atomsphere with live jazz music, intimate setting and really good food. A great date plan with open patio in front on warm nights.

I have been here several times. I keep wanting to like it, but sadly the service is OK and the food is meh. I keep hoping I am choosing to go on an off day, after the most recent visit I now feel it is the norm.

Friday afternoon during winter break... stayed up late last night thinking of American interventionism in the middle east. This mezze platter was a perfect half lunch half snack first meal of the day situation. Service was fun and pleasant, right on through my asking if i was aquatinted with her (i wasn’t, but she looked damn familiar).

We came here after Richmond Marathon out of necessity because basically everywhere else was busy. I don't know if that was a sign, but I mean, it wasn't TERRIBLE. It wasn't memorable. It's not like I'll be like LET'S GO BACK THERE! I hat the caturra burger which had pimento cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions...all things I love! But it was just ok. And after you run lots of miles in the morning, things should automatically taste delicious. The fireplace was nice...
