I came to Cava at VCU for the first time and my dinning experience was absolutely amazing. Ethera’s customer service was outstanding! She is very friendly and had great suggestions for the menu. I will definitely be back.
At our visit to this Cava, one of the workers named Etheria showed exceptional attention to detail and care for the customers. She patiently guided a new cava customer through the various options and also made my fiancé and I feel very appreciated and cared for. I would absolutely recommend others check out this cava location! Based on the food and service quality, its managers clearly know what they're doing hiring such wonderful people!
