most of the complaints here are because of ordering mistakes and the store closing early. I've had nothing but perfect experiences because i just go to the store, there's literally two parking lots within 20 feet. (not FOR &pizza specifically, but still)Expecting staff made up of mostly college students to not close early some night is ridiculous, if you're ordering food at midnight ANYWHERE, just go to the store (which I have done, and gotten a great pizza and great service....read full review
Love &Pizza! The guy who helped me today was very kind & helpful. His voice was gone but his customer service wasn’t. Thanks again for the tasty food & great customer service! Also, i noticed the manager was working hard running back & forth with DD orders. Keep up the good work gentleman

I went today and I’m a usual costumer there. There was a new employee her name was Alyssa. She was rolling her eyes and arguing with her co-workers. I made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The employees at VCU &pizza are amazing and always have the best costumer service and make great food. I was disappointed to have that experience with the new employee.
