Will change back to five stars once vegan sausage returns as an option so that vegans can have more than a single protein option and also once i can order a pizza with a drizzle that i pay extra for and it actually arrives WITH the drizzle on top lmao.&pizza in 2021: flawless service, multiple options for both vegan and non vegans with no issues all for around 10 bucks for a pizza&pizza in 2024: middle finger to vegan customers with limited options, cheese is often not even melted on pizzas, have to reorder pizza with literally just one topping and a drizzle cus they forget one or the other. Costs 16 bucks per pizza minimum now.Make it make sense lol.

I went today and I’m a usual costumer there. There was a new employee her name was Alyssa. She was rolling her eyes and arguing with her co-workers. I made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The employees at VCU &pizza are amazing and always have the best costumer service and make great food. I was disappointed to have that experience with the new employee.

most of the complaints here are because of ordering mistakes and the store closing early. I've had nothing but perfect experiences because i just go to the store, there's literally two parking lots within 20 feet. (not FOR &pizza specifically, but still)Expecting staff made up of mostly college students to not close early some night is ridiculous, if you're ordering food at midnight ANYWHERE, just go to the store (which I have done, and gotten a great pizza and great service. the entitlement in some of these reviews is insane.

Love &Pizza! The guy who helped me today was very kind & helpful. His voice was gone but his customer service wasn’t. Thanks again for the tasty food & great customer service! Also, i noticed the manager was working hard running back & forth with DD orders. Keep up the good work gentleman

DELICIOUS and the customer service was great. I really enjoyed the Vegan knots and the American Honey with Vegan sausage. It's so good. And service was pretty fast. I recommend this spot

I did not receive my order as a matter of fact I received the wrong order. It is difficult to get in touch with customer service. Even the pizza I received is cold. Would not recommend.

I've never had a bad pizza from them. Everyone talks about them because they are that good. I love their slices because it's easier than a giant triangle. I love the way it's always fast but fresh. They have a good easy online ordering system also.

The young lady who took our order and made the puzzas was very friendly and helpful with giving information and suggestions on the best sauces and toppings to pair up with.The pizza came out perfect!! My only regret is that I forgot to take a picture!
