Went to Cava at 10:45 this morning, and the location was very clean. A lady named Ziare prepared my food, and she was incredibly respectful and helpful. Cava in Richmond, VA near VCU, store 36, is highly recommended!
Beautiful restaurant and everything was amazing. We started with the Arancini - risotto deep fried, Caesar salad (best I’ve had in a long time)
Entrees were bolognese and carbonara. Dessert chocolate torta (very rich but delicious) cannoli
Service was great all of the staff was very nice!

Olivia has created the best CAVA environment we have ever been too. She is thoughtful and attentive, and we could tell she goes the extra mile for each customer. Kudos on an incredible CAVA experience!
