Best wine bar and shop in Richmond! The owner is so kind and knowledgeable. The wine and small plates are wonderful. It’s a lovely experience all around.

One of the best restaurants in Richmond, my personal favorite. Celladora is small, approachable, inviting and absolutely delicious. Megan and her team make you feel like you’re at a friend’s house that just so happens to have the best wine selection and a small, thoughtful menu. I love this place

The best and most personal date night spot I've been to in Richmond. Great wine options both by the glass and in the bottle, which the staff were extremely knowledgeable on, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about how incredible every single dish we ordered was

My favorite wine shop of all time! I hope it never changes.

Celladora is a quaint wine bar located in the fan! They have a variety of wines from regions from around the world. Celladora is very cozy with limited seating so reservations are highly recommended. They serve small plates and desserts that are very peculiar. It's a very intimate space. I would recommend this for a date night or causal outing for parties of 3 or less.

Fantastic and friendly staff, great selection of off-the-beaten-path wines, and really yummy small bites. I always leave having tried something I would have gone and bought myself!

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I were very excited when Celladora opened in the neighborhood and it's surpassed our expectations. Megan and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the wines and have guided us in fun directions. And the food! Oh the food... it's as much of a hero as the wine. I've been a bunch of times, including renting the whole place out for a party and it's been fantastic every time. This place is a gem in Richmond.

Treated very well by the owner when all tables were full. Had a tasting of 4 wines she opened up. Could not buy any as we were walking around the city but promised to come back the next day. She had 4 more wines for us to try :) Ended up with 4 bottles. Amazing place and we will be back for food and wine next time we visit Richmond.

Wow! Such friendly service and amazing food. I loved the staff and their gracious offering of the wide selection of wines. The meals during the Thursday and Friday lunches are somewhat like tapas style or family shareables. Come here and try wines you've never had before. The fleeting aspect of not remembering what you had is what makes the meal ever more special.

The food was good and the staff were knowledgeable, but sadly we left with a bad taste in our mouth as we were rushed out. We ordered 1 appetizer and two entrees, and while the appetizer and first entree came in a timely fashion, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for the second entree, even after informing the staff. The second entree arrived with only about 10 minutes left in our 90 minute reservation, so it was frustrating that the staff informed us that they had a reservation behind us and we needed to finish up while we were still eating. It was the restaurant’s fault that we were rushed and it was disrespectful and unprofessional to handle their mistake in that way.

Stopped in on a Monday or Tuesday night after several wine stop let downs and my night was decidedly turned around. The bottle share, although not necessarily an inexpensive event, happened to be during my stop and I was quickly invited to join. The staff and clientele were lovely and the wine selection is a bit of a departure from a typical wine shop (in a good way!).

After walking by Celladora several times and admiring how cute and charming it was in there, I finally made a reservation for dinner. Despite being predominately a wine shop, I was very impressed with the food.We started with the beef tartare, which was very unique compared to other restaurants in Richmond. Instead of relying on capers and olive oil, they used a really complex combination of spices to really make it taste exciting and different. I loved it.Then we had the flounder ceviche, which was refreshing, delicious, and a bit spicy! Moving onto the seared tuna -- it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was wonderful. I loved the dollop of cream to help bring a richness to the dish. The green beans were fine, but the star was definitely the tuna.Lastly, we had the pork larb, which had so much flavor! I was genuinely impressed by this dish and how sweet yet sour yet spicy it was. There were so many flavors and it was just delicious.I'm not a wine expert, but the bottle our server recommended to pair with our food was very nice. I will definitely be coming back! :)
